Analyzing Debian backports:

bookworm:
- it is based on the very latest (matches stonking), then the backport reverts 
a few
  - set micro-revision (unsure what that does for now)
  - keep the old path of systemd files
- That makes it pick up other fixes like fixes to apparmor in 4.9.8-1 fix 
issues on big-endian, ...

Bookworm was mid 2023, but but we'd backport at least to Jammy.
That would pick up "Put tor services after network-online.target instead of 
after network.target (re: tpo/core/tor#40679)" which came in 0.4.7.12-1

That could be too much for this "only the microrelease" update.
