So for us I'd use 0.4.9.11-1build1 from stonking.
The following is a list with the changes since the version Ubuntu releases
currently have and listing those I consider potentially conflicting with the
SRU policy. Similar to the example in Debian bookworm I'll revert those but
otherwise use the newest.

- Resolute from 0.4.9.6-1
  - all since that are only fixes with less potential side effects, can be used
as is

- Noble from 0.4.8.10-1build2
  - 0.4.8.13-2 - do not change the placement of systemd files (like bookworm)
  - rest are only fixes with less potential side effects, can be used as is

- Jammy from 0.4.6.10-1
  - 0.4.8.13-2 - do not change the placement of systemd files (like bookworm)
  - 0.4.8.4-2 - do not pick up the --enable-gpl as it might have hard to
predict effects
  - 0.4.7.12-1 - do not pick up the change to service ordering moving after
network-online.target
  - rest are only fixes with less potential side effects, can be used as is
