Oha, there is some black magic in the source build one first needs to
understand.
For example there is:
debian/misc/build-tor-sources
Which has
121 systemd_in_lib() {
122 dch --append "Keep systemd files in /lib (as opposed to
/usr/lib)"
123 sed -i -e 's,usr/lib/systemd,lib/systemd,' debian/tor.install
debian/tor.dirs
124 }
That is the backport change I make anyway, but we need to ensure the
built source is what I and people can see in git for review and not
messed up at source build time.
OTOH it seems upstream continued to track what should be in
jammy/noble/resolute (they do skip the systemd file position, but not
the dependency re-ordering btw).
For now mostly a reminder: double check the built output dsc content
