Hi Christian and Seb, sorry to respond so late, I have been pretty swamped.
tldr: I will do another round, to possibly incorporate the improved changelogs
and remove the nsight-* files which should not be present.

@Christian
> #4: contain all the history of former versions it is based on

This is a great idea and I will open an issue for this as soon as GH is
responding to me again.

@Seb
> #5: nsight-compute-version and nsight-systems-version have been added to
> debian/

They should not be there, but our tooling is adding them automatically. They
are only required for a few packages. This needs more fine-tuning on our side.
I will do another round and remove them where present and not required.
To better explain: Doing the batch download operation creates this file either
way. I followed it up with a batch commit which resulted in it being in the
upload. Our testing pipeline does not catch it, because we only check the
maintainer scripts and the installed files and do not compare to Nvidias debian
packaging there.
If it is missing in packages, then only because I removed it for packages that
had troubles and noticed them. Again sorry for the inconsistency here.

@Christian
> #6: the ordering

Yes it still matters, as otherwise the dependency for `cuda-
toolkit-13-config-common` cannot be fulfilled. But it is not as much a
deal breaker as for CUDA-13-1 because this release is not under the same
time pressure.

@Christian
> #6: cccl renaming

I will have to get back to you with this. I agree with what you are
saying, but I am not sure whether we can diverge from Nvidias naming,
also given the whole "their archive MUST supersede ours if both are
present".

@Seb
> #7: libcufile alternatives

Thank you for pointing this one out! This one will receive a another
round of care.

@Christian
> #8: referred to explicit versions here

This is definitely a mistake. Given that I will remove them, I do not
think diving further into this is worth it. But I agree, this is not
correct.
