Correction to my previous comment about component overrides — I investigated the actual convention across series:
* Retired golang-1.NN toolchains have ALL binaries demoted to universe, including -doc (stonking today: golang-1.23/1.24/1.25 sources AND their -doc binaries are all universe). * The -doc-in-main seen in resolute for golang-1.24-doc/1.25-doc is just stale stable-series overrides, flagged by component-mismatches as "wants to go back" to universe. So the finish-line change for this transition is simply: golang-1.26-go, golang-1.26-src, golang-1.26-doc: main -> universe. No -doc carve-out. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2164597 Title: FFe: Go 1.27 transition — regression fixes for reverse-build- dependencies To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/delve/+bug/2164597/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
