Public bug reported:
When using the built in laptop keyboard, the Thinkpad P16s Gen 4 AMD
locks up, or freezes the GUI either requiring ctrlalt-esc or reboot.
When using the laptop with bluetooth or external keyboard this does not
happen.
It could be the trackpad driver but IM pretty sure its the keyboard it
seems to happen when typing not moving the trackpad.
I am running linux OEM kernel 6.17.0-1032-oem it has happened on all oem
kernels that have been installed since I bought the laptop. The driver
version is 24.04ubuntu2
Please fix. I usually use the laptop as a desktop with the lid closed
but if I do use the keyboard it will freeze up within a few minutes
usually.
