Public bug reported: shoelaces 1.4.0-3 is stuck in Ubuntu stonking proposed-migration because its own autopkgtest regresses on amd64 and ppc64el. 1.3.2+ds-1build2 passes on both architectures (baseline: never fails without the candidate; amd64 0/14 passes with the candidate vs 5/5 without, ppc64el 0/10 vs 2/2).

In Ubuntu, chromium is only available as a snap, which does not work reliably in the autopkgtest LXD testbeds, and it is not installable on ppc64el. testbind and dh-golang-autopkgtest pass. Possible fixes: drop or guard the chromium dependency (skip the browser part when no usable browser is present), mark the integration test skippable/flaky, or restrict it to architectures where it works.
