+1 from an operator's perspective, re-adding auth_supported in the ceph SRU sounds like the best approach to me. Proxmox took the same route in their Ceph builds.
Besides libvirt, there are likely many scripts, configs and tools out there that still set auth_supported (e.g. CloudStack's qemu-img paths), and they would all break silently with a stable update. So I'd really appreciate if this compatibility were kept for the lifetime of the stable releases, including 24.04 and 26.04 LTS. Happy to verify the re-spun package in our lab once it's in noble- proposed. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2161000 Title: [SRU] Squid: Ceph new point release 19.2.6 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/cloud-archive/+bug/2161000/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
