Currently mcc updates /etc/mythtv/mythweb-digest with the correct user
and password digest provided by the user. This file is not yet
implemented though.
Needed:
* update the <webroot>/mythweb.conf.apache file to use mythweb-digest
authentication
-- uncomment auth lines given as example
-- update AuthUserFile to /etc/mythtv/mythweb-digest
-- OPTIONAL: uncomment top lines to enable access for unauthenticated
streaming players
* move the mythweb.conf.apache file from webroot to /etc/apache2/conf.d/
