Please try and changing the fr.archive.ubuntu.com to
gb.archive.ubuntu.com in the sources.list file and run sudo apt-get
update than sudo apt-get upgrade and see if this fixes the issue. By the
error it looks as if the French repo has a problem with the release
file.
