"Phrases like "Apply changes" are still open to discussion."

This is rapid turnaround in his long-term position
(http://lists.ubuntu.cz/pipermail/ubuntu-l10n-
cs/2006-October/000298.html). It is quite curious, that this come after
I hold up my participation in a project after one and half years
hardworking.

"Since this problem has been discussed in the ubuntu-l10n-cs team and
the majority of the members have voted for "Použít", it is of no use
"bugging" about it."

This is a lie. Ubuntu Czech Translatros in Launchpad is a team about
more 40 people and only MINORITY of them wrote their opinion on a
specializaced mailing list. Yesterday I ask other poeple outside this
group and everyone of them but one agreed with me. Due to this reason
and with regard to how 10 milion people speak Czech (according to
corpora) I consider quoted argument as a week and unsatisfactory.

"Furthermore, I consider the formulation of this bug report (especially
the part about the qualifications and skill of the current ubuntu-l10n-
cs administrators) not in accordance with the Code Of Conduct, Section
"Be respectful."

I don't see any problem in that formulation as it's only describing a
reality. Everyone can go to Rosetta and see that I translated much more
strings than all other members of Ubuntu Czech Translators together. And
I do much other work and translations than in Rosetta. Also there is no
doubt about there is a people like me with higher qualification and
experiences than current Administrator has:
