None the less, there wasn't a single person who would share the view of Petr Tomeš, who, the then-admin of the translation team, added his translation to the dictionary with a 'we won't discuss this' notice, which many of us considered inappropriate.
Petr, your qualification is of no use to us, since you have refused to participate on the project any more. And from my PoV, it was because you weren't allowed to push your opinion over the consensus of everyone else present. There is no current leader of the translation, and neither of the two Czech Ubuntu Members (ondrej the admin and I) unfortunately have the time to take up this position. The team is, however, handling the sudden disappearance of the leader quite well and they seem to be working together well. I believe a competent person will step up sooner or later to take the lead of the team. This bug is a non-issue, and the broader community should not be bothered with it. -- Administrator of Ubuntu Czech Translators destroys dictionary for translators by providing less suitable and unnatural translation https://launchpad.net/bugs/65579 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
