I'm reproducing this bug really easily. Almost freshly installed system. 1. Create a folder to the desktop. Named eg. "Bug" 2. Create two folders to that folder. 1st folder anything like "foo", second folder really long name so that it shows a tooltip. 3. Drag D3lphin window so small that the tooltip goes over D3lphin's window border to the desktop 3.5 Bring mouse over the really long name folder so that the tooltip pops up 4. Drag & drop the really long filename folder to the desktop but click cancel, the tooltip should still be there 5. Bring mouse over tooltip.
