I tried building 0.9.2-3 from source with debugging symbols. Sure, I can
run it but it behaves completely differently if run through any
debugger.

The bug suddenly vanishes when running d3lphin through gdb, kgdb or ddd. With 
or without -nograb option.
So the only stack traces available it ones from Qt and KDE. Which don't seem to 
help much.
The same executable run without a debugger and the bug becomes completely 
reproducable again. Go figure.

I'm out of ideas.
