Invalidating, after an IRC chat with the submitter. The need of a first
line in /etc/apt/sources.list is in README.Debian, so the packager may
assume the user does so. Therefor this is not really a bug in its strict
sence.
However, we both agreed it is confusing that both that line and
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/apt-build.sources.list need to be there (we both
found removal of the latter makes apt-build install from the remote
archives again). The contents is the same as that first line in
/etc/apt/sources.list; it is duplicate information.
