I have changed my email program from EVOLUTION to THUNDERBIRD. The THUNDERBIRD does not have this problem at all, and the user interface is almost as good as the one of EVOLUTION, so I am satisfied now. Still I do not understand, why the EVOLUTION developers permanently ignored this bug report - THUNDERBIRD shows that there is at least a workaround!
