1. Copy can be with ctrl-c & ctrl-v. It can also be by clicking on the
nautilus file icon and edit-copy edit-paste into other folder. Is is the
same if you copy a full folder into another one by graphical drag-and-
drop.

2. cp -a folder1 folder2 will also get you the same results.

Please keep in mind that it is with NTFS formatted disk partitions.
