Binary package hint: firefox
Hi,
When visiting nicovideo.jp, and scrolling to the bottom of the page, the
page appears to overdraw itself. A screenshot is attached. This happens
with the ubuntu amd64 build, 3.0.1+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.8.04.3. It
does /not/ happen with the 32-bit tarballs off the mozilla.com site. I
- have not tested with 32-bit ubuntu builds...
+ have not tested with 32-bit ubuntu builds.
+
+ It appears to occur due to certain characters appearing on the page.
+ I've isolated one such case below.
+
+ This bug is rather annoying, as the entire page (or at least, any
+ portion which puts the character on question on screen) is rendered
+ unreadable. I'd use the i386 build, but my IME is unusable there...
