are you running the eeepc kernel from array.org? Ubuntu can install its own
kernel during update, make sure you boot into eee kernel during grub. Did you
install custom acpi scripts? I need more info on your setup, eee model, what
and how you installed and a dmesg output after you toggle wireless.
