Rich, I agree with your comments 100%. My view of cafe express is they are quick and easy.
Maybe now is the time to start looking around for a better solution. IMO the quality has to be top notch and the price fair. I also believe we have a branding issue that needs discussion. For example, Ubuntu is the name of the community and it is also the name for the Gnome Desktop. I say both are important.
