First of all, I don't know much of the discussion of the last few weeks you've read, but the general consensus has been that this team is sorely lacking leadership and a sense of who and what we are. Once we get that resolved, then there will be lots of work for everyone. And John's proposal does allow for the people you call indians. Hopefully once we have the core group and the mission, we can set yp specific tasks and projects that will keep everyone in the group productive and happy. - -- Peace!
