Let me give you an example from the ubuntu-translator point of view. I am a member of both Ubuntu-nl and KDE-nl translators. In Launchpad (Maverick) there are at least 30 unfinished KDE templates. Should I only have to translate these in Launchpad, I think it would not cost me more than a couple of hours, because many of these templates need only a few strings to be translated. But if I have to download all these .po files individually from KDE, translate them, and upload them to both KDE and Launchpad it will cost me more than a week (if I work several hours a day). Regards, Hannie Dumoleyn
