Hey everyone, I was able to get down to the main library and check out 2 conference rooms. Sorry I couldn't get any pics. But the small conference room would probably handle at least 15 - 20 people comfortably. The I looked at the "Board conference room" on the 3rd floor and it was nice and spacious, could easily fit 40 people. It also had an overhead on the ceiling and I'm pretty sure a smart board and a huge conference table with plenty of chairs and the wall and the door were glass so if we stuck signs in the window patrons in the library would be able to see them. That might attract a few of the curious :-)
The only thing we are not allowed to have is red beverages. Let's make this happen. What we need to do is lock down a date for the meeting so we can grab the room. I'll reserve it once we can get a meeting date if no one else has.
