Question #76232 on Ubuntu changed: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/76232
Tom posted a new comment: A LiveCd session is useful as a demo of ubuntu but a full install is better because it retains stuff you save in the Documents folders and places. Also LiveCd sessions forgets all the updates and programs you install. The main purpose of testing out that the LiveCd session works is to check that your hardware works well with ubuntu. If you haven't any data on Vista that you want to save then it's much easier because you wont need to back it all up ;) -- You received this question notification because you are a member of UF Unanswered Posts Team, which is an answer contact for Ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntuforums-unanswered Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntuforums-unanswered More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
