Tom proposed the following answer: Right, probably about halfway through updates about now? or if they're all done or not started yet then even better :) Again get to a command- line and type in sudo grub root (hd0,2) setup (hd0) quit This should re-install grub and i'm hoping that it will have another look at your drives to see what OS's you have. If it works then when you next boot-up you should get Windows and openSUSE options :) Please let me know!
