Question #77726 on Ubuntu changed: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/77726
Tom proposed the following answer: Before running any of those successfully you'll need to go up to the top taskbar and click on Applications - Accessories - Terminal into the terminal/command window/console type sudo dpkg --configure - a the "sudo" command will need you to enter your normal user password, not your SuperUser/Root one. Just out of curiosity when you are booting up your machine do you get a few different options for booting into Ubuntu or does it say "Press "Esc" to enter boot menu"? Anything like that? Good luck and regards from Tom :) -- You received this question notification because you are a member of UF Unanswered Posts Team, which is an answer contact for Ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntuforums-unanswered Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntuforums-unanswered More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
