Try this:

Download and install binfmt-support

If it installs correctly, then download wine and try to install. Otherwise,
install whatever it asks for. Then try wine again.

If installing the wine.deb package generates another dependency error, just
install whatever it asks for. Then try wine again...




I did this once, offline like you are. As far as I remember, there weren't
too many dependencies. So don't give up... ;-)
