Hey all, I want to clarify something with regards to the discount. While at times I wish I could offer a 25% discount on all of my products I cannot do that. I want to apologize if I implied that in my response, and clarify. What I can and am willing to offer is a club discount, this means anyone that is actively participating in this Utah County Board Gamers Association, which I would leave to you all to determine, a 25% discount on all Board Games purchased through my store, with the above mentioned limitations that some distributors have strict guidelines with regards to having their products discounted. I cannot offer such a deep discount unilaterally across all of my products. I am willing to offer a 10% discount on other products as part of the same discount program for other products offered in the store. Of course these discounts could not stack with other specials or offers that we may have. I know this may be a disappointment for some of you, and I do want to work with the club to provide the best possible service. The truth is I cannot afford to offer that deep of a discount across my product lines to any group and maintain my retail store. Please know I am happy to talk with anyone about the details on this. As far as making some kind of discount card, I would be happy to get on this and if someone would get me the names of the club members I will make up individual cards for those in the club. I can have them ready for the next time you all come to the store or if you want to stop by before we can set a deadline and I will make an effort to get them ready as soon as possible. If anyone has any questions feel free to call, email, or contact me here. I am willing to extend the Board Game offer of 25% off to anyone that you all suggest to come into the store. This means that if you send them our way we can give you some kind of discount buzz word. An example may be, "A member of the Utah County Board Gamers Association" recommended I come to this store, then we would extend the membership discount to them as well. This will give you the chance to spread the good word and we will extend the same offer we have to you all to them. As well to be clear, I cannot offer the additional 10% discount on other products to non-club members. This would be for only those that are in the club and actively participating. I am sorry that this all sounds so technical but I do not want to disappoint or create false expectations that in the long run would create greater discontent.
