Hey guys,

Its Brant (owner of Boardgame Revolution). First of all, I wanted to
apologize for the problem with the restocking fee. We started doing
that to cover credit card fees (1-4.5%) on returns. You can exchange
the game for in store credit without a 5% fee.
But the main thing that I wanted to say is that we are going to be
doing a BGR yearly membership program which allows you to get online
prices in our store as well as free rentals and some other stuff. I
want to offer every member of Utah County Board Game Association a
free BGR membership ($25 value). I do appreciate all of your support
and feedback. Hopefully now that my thesis is done I can start coming
to more boardgame nights, at our store, and elsewhere. I will be more
involved with this group, because I obviously love playing games, and
I want to be able to know how we can better serve our customers in
Utah. If you would like a membership, let me know so that I can put
your name on it and I will keep you posted as to when you can come
pick them up. If you have any problems or questions, you can call me
at (801) 400-3965, or just post on the blog.
