All right, I removed jmock libs and updated test cases that used it before. Removed some @Ignore annotations in ScaleUtilsTest
Building and tests for both net.refractions.udig.ui.tests and net.refractions.udig.project.tests running successfully (except the ignored test cases) Next ...
