It doesn't exist yet. We discussed this recently. I had proposed adding a master switch to enable or disable the whole lensfun correction stage, but Udi wants (as I understand it) this to be done as part of a combo box to select from matching lens models for the photo. Udi - I really think this is the wrong approach. There are many more settings in the lensfun page than just those selected by the lens model.
