Yes, you're right, I was looking at wrong tab.
Which, by the way, confirms that it's quite confusing and there is indeed a 
need for "Undo" button.

But I can see another problem here:
after I select another model instead of "PanoTools lens model" the correction 
does go away, 
but to re-apply the correction I need to re-select the lens model again.
Changing lens distortion model back to "PanoTools lens model" doesn't help - 
the correction is still "undone".
Am I missing something obvious again?
