Considering the other replies, I think we're pretty much agreed on
USM, mostly because of it's versatility and maturity.

Another problem would be how we display it in the UFRaw GUI, but I
think the first (demosaicing/wb) tab should be fine, since wavelet
denoise and darkframe (together with despeckle) should probably move
to their own tab. Freeing up some space on the first tab.

I do think it would probably be a good idea to offer some "presets" in
a combo box: None, Slight, Normal, Heavy, Custom. Especially since USM
has multiple sliders, offering some decent presets will prevent new
users from becoming scared :)

My Port-For-A-Pizza(tm) offer is still valid :)
