People who oppose dual nationality are misguided.
You'll find Ugandans who are craving for American,
canadian and European citizenships but oppose other
Africans becoming Ugandans.

I totally agree with you that Rwandan can become
Ugandans if they meet the criteria for Ugandan
nationality. They are so many Rwandans who have served
Uganda with dedication and have been born and raised
in Uganda and have even never been anywhere near
Rwanda. Kenyans are plenty in Namuwongo, Congolese,
Sudanese, Somalis plenty in Kisenyi and Mengo areas,
Ethiopians etc. All these should surely apply for
Ugandan citizenship.
