Kironde You see today you are making sense. Let us put those Rwandeese on our pay roll for they love Uganda. That is making sense, and while we are still on the patriotic Rwandese we must give the citizenship, we all remember a soldier who was even commanding our armed force, still in the name of Rwandese love Uganda. His name is Paul Kagame. I think these days he commands the Jinja Barracks, isn't he? What a brain!
