Do you actually have the numbers to back up that claim, or it is one of
those acceptable roomers like Obote poisoned a drunkard? By the way it is as
well true that Ugandans from the Diaspora, have been murdered more in Uganda
under Museveni than under any given government in Uganda.

The numbers? Yea we have them.
