did not know that you were this stupid!
I, for one, send money to Uganda so my few remaining relatives
can survive and not be one of the 1,000,000 statistic that your icon dictator
Museveni qoutes of starving (begging for food from the WFP; Ugandans have
never had to do this until dictator Museveni came to power!)! You call that a
financial investment?
Like he said in his letter to The Monitor, dictator Museveni cares for the
safety of himself and his immediate family, and by collorary, not for the
rest of Ugandans. But, the Ugandans will eventually "take care of him and his
family"and, boy, they will?
