Then your arguments  MUST be based   on the merits of the case NOT on some speculation of his state of mind or mental  capacity!

For you to go outside the case as presented by him is tantamount to your admitting defeat. The "mad" man has taken the better of you on a simple argument.

You either defeat him with facts and mental reasoning or forever shut up. As it is he seems to be the reasonable man and you the mad one!

Long before we even heard of VP Bukenya, the people of
Uganda demanded Federo and Odoki findings are there
for you to read.
