No Ugandan Equals Museveni - Bukedde 21st October 2003 The Minister of State for Finance Mr. Mwesigwa Rukutana has compared multipartists fighting against the 3rd-term to witches bewitching the country so that it does not develop. The minister said this while officiating at a function marking the World Food Day at Kiwaguzi agricultural school, Lwanda county, Rakai district where he represented the Minister of Finance Gerald Sendaula. 'Multipartists have made us fail to progress as they are always bogged with eyes just set on the presidential seat', the minister was quoted as saying. He added that in there is nobody in Uganda with the competence to replace Museveni and called on those pushing him to abandon the presidential seat to immediately stop it.  The Chairman of Rakai district, Mr. Vincent Ssemakula,  also supported the minister with an emphasis that the people of Rakai see no other person capable of leading Uganda apart from President Museveni.  ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- �Tewali atuuka Museveni� - Bukedde 21/10/2003
