Hello Fednetters! I am sure you are all so familiar with (1)"A bad carpenter blames his tools," (2)If all fails blame the victim. This way no one takes responsibility for the downward trend our Motherland has been on for the last 18 years. Furthermore, if one is in denial they cannot acknowledge and ground themselves to deal with the problem(s) at hand. So, God Bless Uganda for we are in a mess and there seems to be no end insight as we speak of "sad and filthy terms"
