But NRM introduced the RC system in Uganda, so that Ugandans can control
their neighbourhoods, are we still buying this crap from the federalists? I
mean people there are issues in Uganda which we must address before we put a
new wine in the old bag. The federalists are selling the idea but they are
using the works of Judge Odoki, a Movementist.
That is the same crap as NRM introducing the RCs and it brings in Ruhakana
Rugunda and Museveni to run it. grow up people, we have Ugandans with a
clean plate let us allow them a chance to try and lead this nation. But Hoi
