I believe the Shs 29bn budgeted for the referendum could do a lot in fighting poverty and reducing the level of unemployment. Our country is still characterised by political potholes and the referendum will be rigged in favour of the third term protagonists. Ugandans have nothing to lose and every thing to gain if the two-term limit is maintained.

The Irony is that why spend 29 Billion shillings of hard earned tax payers money to conduct a referendum which everybody knows the NRM is going to rig in favor of Mr. Kaguta's "Sad Term" ? that is the question !
