political environment) will continue to be a permanent fixture and player in
Uganda politics, whether President Museveni is there or not.
So Matek, you are basically setting yourself up for a checkmate no matter
how you move...and ohh sorry i almost forgot, Obote will never, ever rule
Uganda again. Matek, President Museveni crossed the finish line long time
ago.
