This is soo sad to hear and see. 18yrs of war, people in concentration camps, the region has not been declared a disaster area. This man Museveni is a murderer. Do you now see why I celebrate the death of murderers like Mu7?? I have no mercy for unmercifull people towards other humans's lives.
Children are dying of disease in concentration camps, and yet his brattish grandchildren are seen in Kampala's Garden City shopping and eating icecream! This killer does not care about the children in the North. If he can only let his grandbrats spend a day in the war-tone zones in the North and find out what other kids are facing everyday.

FORMER External Security Organisation (ESO) chief David Pulkol has asked Government to accept Parliament's resolution to declare the northern and eastern regions disaster areas.
He was yesterday presenting a paper on the northern war at Regency Hotel in Kampala.
Pulkol said the declaration would enable victims of war, most of whom live in IDP camps to benefit from emergency aid from donors.
"There are governments and partners willing to assist Uganda provided those regions are declared disaster areas," he said.

He told the Government not to misunderstand Parliamen t's resolution to mean that it had failed to end war which has forced over one million people into camps
The conference was organised by the National Organisations of Trade Unions.
