Much as Kalyegira would want to denigrate them, it is these Rwandan "corporals and sergeants who played the critical role in the liberation of Uganda, some twenty years ago, with some indeed, paying the ulti mate price"
 
Fellow Citizens: And now you know the rest of the story. The question , however is: wasn't it against International law for Rwanda refugees living in Uganda , to sort of play   "critical role " to  "liberate" Uganda?
