Now, now, brother Matek,

(Almost took you for Opoka, former fellow Lumumbist
friend!!)

International laws exist, yes, we all know. That,
though, is no reason not to thank the late Nyerere,
for instance, for helping to remove Amin Dada.

International laws exist, yes, and yet a million lives
of our Rwandan compatriots perished in the full glare
of world press.

I could go on.....

We are brothers and sisters, bwana, let's not be like
'ensenene', let's pull one another out of the supper
basket.

Sure, Kagame grew up in Uganda and speaks Rukiga,
Runyankore, Luganda, Lusoga, Itesot, Kicholi,
Kilang'o, English, Kiswahili, etc. Many Uagandans have
been his comrades and they've gone through a lot
together, helping one another and, like us all, he
will be eternally grateful to beautiful Uganda and her
loving people.

Nobody need, however, be like the other vain man. You
know, the one who kept reminding his friend, in
public, not to soil the suit which he had lent him.

That Acholi soldier bit is not exactly authentic, of
course, and you know it. Kagame as a kid when, during
Amin's time? If yes, where?

Always respectfully,

Rutigita
