The governor has vowed, to subject the unfortunate civilians to ultimate punishment to " give an example". The four civilians were dressed in military uniforms and paraded throughout the town of Kabeya Kamwanga , in a jeep with a megaphone announcing the fate that awaits them. A scene reminiscent of PolPot's Cambodia. A regime of terror. General John Tshibangu is one of the notable leader in the growing insurgency movements of dissident patriotic Congolese army officers in revolt at Kabila's sabotage and betrayal of the Congolese army. Here are the names of those arrested who are currently locked in a dungeon in Kabeya Kamwanga, waiting for their fate. They are: Lumbala Mujanayii Norbert, Kadima Noë, François Ntumba, Mbuyi Biyou, We wish to denounce the arbitrary actions of the usurper Ngoyi Kasanji that terrorize unarmed civilians. We demand the immediate release of these innocent people , unjustly arrested . Mr. Ngoyi Kasanji is an appointee.
