see this is the seriousness I need Ugandans to start. Mpawo atalikaba was
real and it was killing people every day in Kampala, but wasnt Museveni the
minister of defense? Why do you blame AMO and not Museveni? And you turn
around and support him in the Luwero war, aman that created Panda Gali and
buses as Mpawo atalikaaba.

Then the road block at Nsimbe on Masaka Road ? People would disappear from
buses at taxis forever at this road block
And the nightly 'Mpaawo Atali kaaba Bus' from Makindye barracks every night
going around picking up people for summary executions all around Kampala?
Thats when people started sleeping outside nightly .
Panda Gari operation where people would be taken to Nsambya Police ground
and later taken to Kireka barracks to be
killed by a slow death of hunger and starvation ?
Do you remeber Wanyama of Nile Mansions which used to feed Kireka ? The
barracks were manned by only 3 tribes exclusively
What about the infamous 'Kanywamusayi' a friend of Sokolo, of the Special
branch with offices at Parliament ? He used to work with Wanyama to feed
Kirekka barracks
of people to kill.
We cannot forget.
