very first phase, Col. Samson Mande and Mugisha Muntonyera with Tinyefunza
to do the finishing part. Capital Kigali and a good Muhororo as Dr Kiiza
Besigye to be the resident governor in State House Entebbe. And our country
has become sold piece by piece because of suckers like you and a Frank
Tumwebaze that suck up to this Rwandese crap !!!

forumists, how could PRA be nationalistic when it was led by Col.Mande,
Lt.Col. Kyakabale and the late Col.Muzira and funded by Rwanda on behalf of
Dr. Kizza Besaigye? It was an Ankole-Kigezi affair.
We don't need another armed rebellion. We should concentrate on preparing
for 2016 elections and in case they are rigged , then the masses can sweep
the riggers away like they did those who rigged 1980 elections.
The onus is those in power to deal with coppruption, neptosmj and all forms
of sectarianism so that the opposition don't have things to talk to.
President Museveni and Gen. Sejusa should sort themselves out personally and
politically, without inv9lving outsiders.l
