Ugandans

You see in every bad thing there is a good thing. South Sudan must serve as
a warning to Ugandans about people like Betty Kamya that want to split up
our country under the Federalism nonsense and for two very good reason.

A} Cutting up a country is a very serious business that must be discussed by
Ugandans, it simply creates a headache to me when it is raised up and
started let alone pumped by Betty Kamya a Kenyan, when her own country is
not yet split up. If splitting up a nation is of that value to her why not
start with Kenya? A state of all Luos with Raila Odinga on the helm let us
see how that works out so that we as Ugandans can copy it. And this is why
she is in a very better position, you see I have all along seen arguments of
why we must accept Rwandese as Ugandans, we must accept Kenyans as Ugandans,
but the people that have been pumping up on South Sudan’s politics are
actually not Sudanese but Ugandans that the South Sudanese accepted as
citizens. Well some of them were born there, some of them immigrated to
South Sudan after the fall of Amin and lived there permanently, they claim
South Sudan is there country and they run but make decisions on the
political arena to pump Sudan to separate into two states, a solution
everyone knew will honestly never work. When the shit hit the fan, those
very same Ugandans are not dying for they took the first flight out to
Entebbe. Now they are Ugandans and have absolutely nothing to do with Sudan
politics. It is the Sudanese in the mass graves. That is the danger of using
a non-citizen to run your political affairs, and that is why no man or woman
should ever be allowed to hold dual citizenship for you create shit and run,
South Sudan is a very classic example. I am telling you officially today,
that Betty Kamya is pumping up Uganda to split up under federalism, the
moment our country drops to the level of South Sudan she is going to be the
first passenger on the next Akamba bus out. Which brings me to my number
two point.

B} Ugandans must use 2014 to rejuvenate our Unitary system and for a very
good reason, the signs of death coming out of South Sudan are very eminent
in Uganda the day federalism walks into power. When you look very closely to
Northern Uganda as an example, you will realize that the Acholis have their
eyes on two major places, Lira and Kamuding. And the moment you allow them
to hold a Federal status up North, you make sure you understand that you
have used that very same signature to sentence every Langi to death. There
can never be a state in Northern Uganda under Federalism that Acholis will
not tap into to go after every Langi and kill them, because it is the only
way they will get their hands on the two places they adore the most, Lira
and Kamuding. Tops two weeks The Langis will be history. Do we really want
to see all Langis dead? And it is not a problem only secluded in Northern
Uganda but so is Western Uganda. When you look closely at Bunyoro today, you
can never stand up in Fort Portal and identify yourself publicly as a
Mutagwenda, they will spit at you. So everyone is alive for under the
Unitary vehicle every one you pass is an Abwoli and we are very fine. If you
dare hand power to Bunyoro under federalism, Batooro are going to walk path
after path identifying those they know inside their hearts as Batagwendas
and they are going to eliminate them in one week tops.

This problem is almost across the board I am only giving you two camps that
I know can never survive under Federalism. And admonishing all that we need
to use 2014 to embrace unitary for it is an arrangement where all lives
become safe and protected. The moment you listen to cheap politicking as of
Betty Kamya and turn this country into a Federal state, you know so well
that you have deleted several people in Uganda life as South Sudan is doing
today. A very reason we all as Ugandans must watch Betty Kamya with a great
care for she is making decisions of our country and its future when she is
not agreeing to be a part of the outcomes of such decisions. Abaluulu have
lived safely into Luwero courtesy of Uniterism.

Take your dirty hands off our Uniterism for it guarantees the difference
between being in a home and a mass grave. South Sudan refers.

Mukulu Bobby,

Kirr's one mistake is to let the Chinese in.

That alone is going to do him in.

That is on the assumption that Riek on the other side, does not hobnob with
Al Bashir for help. Who incidentally made up with M7 coz of the ICC katemba.

It is going to be interesting to see what M7 says in public in the next few
days because whatever he does in the dark will always be different with what
he says! This is one of those "optunes" that he never misses...I mean WAR!

Afande Allan Barigye,

Salva Kiir spent the entire week trying to secure Juba when there is nothing
in Juba.

The rebels on the other hand spent the entire week fortifying the oil wells
which account for 90% of the oil revenues.

Salva Kiir strategists have not been very bright in this conflict.US
military involvement to help Salva Kiir might not be enough to overrun the
rebels unless Obama is willing to do a full scale deployment of marines in
South Sudan.

I put it to you that Obama cannot politically afford to lose even 10 marines
in this conflict. The tea party would have him for dinner.

M7 can send all his mivumba Migs and the rebels have the missiles to bring
all these obsolete Migs down.

Mukulu Bobby,

The powers that would be are still very skeptical of the chaos guru and his
septicemic ways.

He is the only one already in the theater and ever ready like a boy scout
where ever blood letting activities exist.

But be rest assured that by the end of the day, they have no one to turn to
and its game over.

I see Riek in Kampala in a safe house unless he wizened up enough to know
the hare he was dealing with while executing his

responsibilities during the Kony Katemba , it itself a creation of the
chaos guru. Good news Rwanda want no part of the current

Katemba!!! However, there're still a few Inkotanyis in near by Darfur. Take
your guess when they are wanted!

As two other forumists suggested, Rebbecca Garang my save the day. If you
ask me, she DOES not trust Nyarwino AT ALL.

Riek hooks up with Bashir, it may get very complicated. He has just
appointed a Colonel as governor in a nearby state. You

know what that means!

STATEMENT BY JEN PSAKI, SPOKESPERSON

U.S. Calls for Immediate Mediated Political Talks in South Sudan

Over the past twenty four hours, U.S. officials including Secretary Kerry
have made calls to leaders throughout Africa and the world seeking a
solution to the crisis in South Sudan. This morning, Secretary Kerry urged
both South Sudanese President Salva Kiir and former Vice President Riek
Machar to accept a cessation of hostilities and begin mediated political
talks. U.S. Special Envoy Donald Booth is in Juba today to attempt to
secure final commitment from both President Kiir and Former Vice President
Machar to begin talks, and is working with leaders from the
Inter-Governmental Authority for Government (IGAD) nations to arrange for
the negotiations to begin in the coming days.

The United States urges all parties in the crisis in South Sudan to
implement an immediate cessation of hostilities. This will offer critical
humanitarian access to populations in dire need and open a space for a
mediated political dialogue between the opposing sides.

The ability of the parties to implement the ceasefire will send a strong
signal to the citizens of South Sudan and the world that as leaders they
have the courage to accept compromise and work for the best interests of all
of the people of this young nation. We hope and pray today that the leaders
of South Sudan will acknowledge the international community’s commitment and
understand that those who seek to take or hold power by violence or division
along ethnic lines will not have our support and may be in violation of
international law. Violence today will not pave the way for a more stable
or prosperous tomorrow.
